Belmont Supports New Zealand Neighbours in Crisis

As professionals and a community valuing mental health and wellness, we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the tragic events that took place in Christchurch on Friday March 15, 2019.

Our hearts go out to everyone who has been affected, especially our New Zealand staff, their families, and those directly involved in this distressful experience. You are all in the thoughts and prayers of everyone here at Belmont, as are all the people of New Zealand.

For those who need support and assistance, Belmont Private Hospital is here for you. If you are in need of someone to talk to, reach out and speak to one of our trained mental health professionals by calling 1800 700 274.

For those able to lend a hand, you can also support the victims and their families by donating to the Give A Little Christchurch Shooting Victims Fund

Belmont Private Hospital is rallying behind our New Zealand neighbours by hosting a support fundraiser for those who have been directly impacted by the recent events.

May we all continue to support each other and take the opportunity to show our solidarity with the victims and encourage love, tolerance and unity.
