Meet our newest consultant psychiatrist; Dr Kelly Schilling
Dr Schilling, (B. Med Sci, MBBS (Hons), FRANZCP, Adv. Cert. POA) now has private practice consulting rooms and provides inpatient care at Belmont Private Hospital.
It is with great pleasure that we welcome Dr Kelly Schilling to our team of psychiatrists at Belmont Private Hospital.
Dr Kelly Schilling (B. Med Sci, MBBS (Hons), FRANZCP, Adv. Cert. POA) is a Consultant Psychiatrist with rooms located at Belmont Private Hospital and is admitting inpatients.
Dr Schilling is a qualified General Adult and Old Age Psychiatrist. She has a special interest in late-life depressive, psychotic and anxiety disorders in addition to dementia diagnosis and management. Dr Schilling is experienced in managing psychiatric illness in medically complex patients. Dr Schilling currently also works for Dementia Services Australia as a Clinical Associate.
She has worked as an Old Age Psychiatrist in the Metro South and Gold Coast areas and completed her psychiatric training in Queensland after graduating from University of Tasmania in 2001. Dr Schilling has also acted as a lecturer for The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry and has supported psychiatric registrars and medical students in their training.
