Rachel joined Belmont as an RN in 2012 and has 20 years of experience in Mental Health Nursing both in Australia and the UK. She has previously held leadership roles and has experience in strategic workforce planning and staff development. She currently completing her master’s in healthcare management and has an interest in healthcare policy and research. Rachel has worked in both the public and private sectors and is dedicated to exemplary care delivery.
