Mental Health Patient Experience Survey
We actively encourage our consumers to provide feedback through our patient experience survey. This survey is designed to gather information on our patients’ perspectives and outcomes of the care they received at our hospital. The survey results allow us to continuously evaluate and make improvements where needed.
