Professional background
Monica, BPsySc(Hons), MClinPsych is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She believes in a collaborative and client-directed approach to therapy, driven by connection, authenticity and compassion. She aspires to support individuals in enhancing understanding themselves and their experiences, developing coping skills, and building a valued and meaningful life.
Monica works with adolescents, adults, and older adults with a range of presenting concerns and draws on an integration of evidence based interventions when working with clients; including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.
Monica works as part of the Belmont Therapy Programs team, as well as in the outpatient Belmont Psychology Clinic.
