The CBTM Follow-Up program is for graduates of the 6-week CBT for Mothers program. The program extends and enhances skills and concepts already learnt by introducing advanced psychotherapy topics and skills. The aim is to prevent relapse by reducing the level of depression and anxiety in women by continuing to target symptoms and challenge distorted motherhood specific thoughts thus generally improving their day-to-day functioning.

The CBTM Follow up program is conducted as group sessions lead by a qualified Allied Health Professional. Each week different topics are introduced that extends knowledge and skills to support continued psychological wellbeing and prevent relapse.
