Dr Dylan Lu is a consultant psychiatrist and Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. He currently provides outpatient care to adults in his private consulting rooms, as well as inpatient care at Belmont Private Hospital.

Dr Lu has extensive experience working in both public and private mental health services. After completing his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Griffith University, he completed residency training in surgery, emergency and general medicine before specialising in psychiatry. He has worked in General Adult, Child and Adolescent, Old Age, Consultation Liaison, Perinatal Psychiatry, trauma and Psychotherapies.

Dr Lu has held lecturer academic titles with Griffith University, and has published and presented research at psychiatric conferences. He is an accredited training supervisor for the RANZCP Fellowship Program, and maintains an active interest in teaching registrars and medical students.

Dr Lu offers comprehensive assessment and treatment for a wide range of mental health disorders. He focuses on a collaborative, holistic and evidence-based approach to patient care, tailored to the individual.
